Greg moved to Victoria in 1985 to attend the University of Victoria.  Upon completing his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Greg commenced a career in the insurance industry that lasted several years.  He then embarked on his next venture, as sole proprietor of his own litigation consulting business, which he successfully operated for 8 years. 

Greg’s segue into real estate was a natural progression of his career.  A proven sales leader and multiple MLS award winner, Greg’s extensive knowledge of the Victoria real estate market has helped many clients achieve their real estate goals.  With his vast and proven background in negotiation, meticulous attention to detail and overall thoroughness with regard to all aspects of business, Greg’s clients are relaxed and confident in the knowledge that they are being cared for by a true professional - see testimonials.

Greg is a sailing enthusiast with a great love of Victoria, the Island and in particular the surrounding ocean.  He lives in Oak Bay with his wife Shannon and their two young children.
